Put simply, I can't make money if customers aren't happy with my service
- I can decline your request.
- You may request revisions/edits to the commission as I work on it (within reason, of course. Don't ask me to change the entire thing once I've started), though once it is finished and you've given me the 'OK,' I will charge for any additional changes to the original, finished text of the commission.
- Payment must be delivered to me through PayPal before I start working on your commission.
- There will be no refunds given if you decide to cancel the commission as I could be nearly finished and then have wasted my time on something I'm not getting paid for. Make sure you're sure before you buy.
- If an issue arises in my personal life and I am unable to complete your commission in a timely manner (if at all), I will let you know and issue a full refund to the account you originally sent payment from.
- I will respect your privacy and expect you to respect mine.
